Functieomschrijving As a Network, Security & System Engineer L3 , you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining top-tier solutions. L3 Incident Resolution : Provide support by analyzing and resolving incidents raised by the service desk and L2 support team. Infrastructure Audits & Solution Design : Conduct audits on client infrastructures and craft tailored solutions. Project Implementation : Oversee internal and/or on-site installations, ensuring seamless execution. Control and maintain meticulous documentation for all projects, ensuring clarity and compliance. Profiel We are looking for a dynamic professional who brings at least 5 years of IT support experience . Managed Services (infra & security) Network Technologies : Proficiency in IP , DHCP , DNS , VLAN , etc. Expertise in Office/Microsoft 365 , Active Directory , Exchange . Hands-on experience with administration, configuration, and deployment of Windows Server, and Active Directory . Virtualization : Knowledge of VMware technologies. Cloud Technologies : Strong understanding of Cloud solutions . Security Standards : Familiarity with standards such as ISO27000 , NIS2 regulation, NinjaOne , Intune , SentinelOne , Defender , Cisco Meraki , and more. You bring a customer-centric mindset and are trilingual (with a perfect knowledge of Dutch, a proficiency in English and French). You enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated team and demonstrate a proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks while respecting quality and ITIL procedures.
